In summer use hair products designed to hydrate and to protect the strands. If your hair is dry or damaged, reduce the quantity of the shampoo by diluting it with water – two parts of hair cleanser one part of water.
When shampooing, apply the products to the roots and performing circular motions with your fingertips massage the scalp for some minutes. Then distribute the rest of the foam to the length of the strands and rinse with lukewarm water. Don’t use hot water because it depletes hair’s moisture. Don’t use aggressive hair shampoos, it is better to invest in quality hair care products, gentle for your hair and scalp. Don’t rub your hair vigorously with a towel after washing. Just wrap it and leave the towel for a few minutes to absorb the excess water.
The combing should be gentle with a comb, made of natural material, avoid the plastics. If you have long hair, start from the ends, while holding the middle part of the strands tight with hand. This is necessary in order not to feel tension in the roots while combing.
